To create a supportive environment where members can experiment, try out new ideas, post incomplete or work in progress, these terms must be followed at all times and all interactions. ANY violations may result in membership termination WITHOUT REFUND and WITHOUT LEGAL RECOURSE. If a member cannot abide by these terms, they should not register for membership.

• Profanity is prohibited.
• Sexual content is prohibited.
• Bullying is prohibited. In the context of this site, bullying means name-calling, demeaning comments, or any other form of degrading behavior towards a member or site administration. Threats of violence will be reported to the authorities
• Video discussions will record ONLY the main speakers and NOT the member participants. Videos recorded will be used for future projects. All recordings are the exclusive property of CreateGreatStories.com. No registered member, guardian or parent is authorized to record these video discussions in anyway (i.e. recording device, computer or cell phone).

6. User Submissions and Conduct

2. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. CreateGreatStories.com does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and CreateGreatStories.com expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. CreateGreatStories.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Service, and CreateGreatStories.com will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another’s intellectual property rights or contravenes any applicable privacy legislation. CreateGreatStories.com reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice.
7. Account Termination Policy

6. Let us have contact information so that we can get in touch with you (email address is preferred).
7. Let us have the contact information which we can pass on to the submitter of the content concerned, so that they can get in touch with you to resolve your complaint directly (email address is preferred).
8. Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted work described above is not authorized by the copyright owner (or by a third party who is legally entitled to do so on behalf of the copyright owner) and is not otherwise permitted by law.”

11. Indemnity

You affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the CreateGreatStories.com Service is not intended for children under 13.

13. Assignment

These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by CreateGreatStories.com without restriction.
